Perfectly Unbalanced

10:00 am - 11:00 am

Area A

presented by

lulu-logo-1600x900.png

We don’t have it all together in life and definitely not in yoga and that’s perfectly ok! We show up exactly as we are and embrace our imperfections because we’re all just perfectly unbalanced.

In this flow, we’ll explore what it means to find balance, both in yoga and in life. Together we’ll move from playful balance work into slow, grounding postures that help us root back into calm and intention. We’ll learn to laugh when we fall and remind ourselves that is part of the journey. You’ll leave feeling challenged, rejuvenated, and inspired, knowing you don’t need to have it all together to be exactly where you’re meant to be.

Stay perfectly unbalanced.
