What fresh activities, habits, and ideas do you have for yourself in the New Year?

This meditation offers a slight variation on the standard idea of setting new year resolutions but instead will guide us to set New Year intentions.

The heart based practice, guided by Dr. Brooke Stuart, founder of Let Go & Grow® International, is your reminder to reconnect, reset and remember who, what and where you are. Join us for this event, all about gathering together, being in community and waking up to each other through the power that lies within- leaving you with a set of mindful tools, meditation tips and a simple, 3 min. heart-based practice that you can recall anytime, anywhere and activate right away to re enter into that one moment for the better.

Yes, yoga can help you move, sweat and breathe. With consistency, flow yoga can help you strengthen, tone and increase your metabolism. Remember that your body was meant to move. The key in your practice is to learn to move mindfully toward your "edge," the place where your body feels challenged, but not overwhelmed. In this class, expect to work up a sweat, without twisting into a pretzel. This session will include fun, flowing and dynamic movement. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

This class is for the smaller members or our families.

It is full of movement, fun and mindfulness. We bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and land peacefully on our mats in butterfly pose. At any age, yoga builds physical strength and flexibility. Internally, yoga also shows us how to focus and live with confidence, peace, gratitude, compassion and kindness. We play yoga games and practice partner poses to build confidence and self-esteem. Above all, we have fun

The Better Off Wet LOGO - 2.jpg

Celebrating our Space Coast and our love of the water.
This vinyasa flow class will help you get the most out of your practice by fusing yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The sequence we will move through uses both traditional and non-traditional yoga postures and breathwork while adding the benefits of acupressure. The acupressure will focus on the energy channels associated with the Water element, which regulates energy, stamina, and healthy connection. Our moving meditation and self-administered acupressure will help break up stagnant energy in the body to rejuvenate and refresh from within while bringing more balance, flow, and softness to how you feel both physically and emotionally.
During class, you can expect forward folds, warrior poses, crescent lunges, and mindful breathing.
This class is especially supportive for people who have been feeling fatigued, detached, or absent-minded. It’s also a valuable class for individuals who want to tap into the deeply meditative energy of the winter season.
