Chopra Yoga

A signature all-levels Chopra Yoga class that incorporates Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom to help you experience greater health, joy, and peace in your life. This hatha/vinyasa hybrid class begins with a few minutes of breath work (pranayama) and flows into a vinyasa sequence to help bring balance to your dosha (mind-body type). All skill levels welcome, variations will be provided

Intro to Acro Yoga

Twist, Bind and Unwind

Gentle  Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a variation of Hatha Yoga which is accessible to students of all levels. This practice is taken at a slow pace and incorporates modifications for each pose that promote bodily awareness. Coupled with breathwork and meditation, gentle Yoga is the perfect practice for someone who is new to yoga or looking to slow down and refocus their practice.

Circle Time, age-appropriate yoga sequencing, games that encourage mindfulness, use of copyrighted music, kid-friendly meditation.
