Internationally known DJ Taz Rashid will be spinning his incredible vibe for both classes Saturday evening. Pla.Yoga will leading us through the twists and turns.

Guided Meditative Walk to the Fest

Join us the team at YogaMix at 9:15 and find your downtown street parking before the event crowds come flooding in. YogaMix is just a few blocks from Lake Eola! We will be starting the day with a refreshing cold pressed juice shot to awaken our mind and body followed by a guided meditative walk to the festival arriving in time for the opening ceremony.

The IJY opening meditation, featuring the heart based practice, guided by Dr. Brooke Stuart, founder of Let Go & Grow® International, is your reminder to reconnect, reset and remember who, what and where you are. Join us for this event, all about gathering together, being in community and waking up to each other through the power that lies within- leaving you with a set of mindful tools, meditation tips and a simple, 3 min. heart-based practice that you can recall anytime, anywhere and activate right away to re enter into that one moment for the better. This slow flow class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the rhythm of a flow yoga class.We will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a power class. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. The benefits of our Slowga class: time to focus on alignment, increased mindfulness, improves strength in muscle fascia and joints, easier to use props or modifications.

Yoga in
Lake Eola Park

This class is the weekly class that is  taught each Sunday at Lake Eola. It's Just Yoga has the honor of having the creators of Yoga in Lake Eola Park include their practice in our festival.

Everyone is welcome as rad teachers guide participants through a all-level, friendly movement yoga practice. All ages and ability levels are welcome - this is a judgement-free zone.

Yoga & PLAY sessions encourage each child to embrace their own unique expression of yoga poses while supporting their growth and development through cognitive skill development, community building and creativity. 
Each class incorporates age-appropriate yoga poses, fun activities, and relaxation techniques specially designed for their age group.  

Yoga & Beats with DJ Taz Rashid

This is a heart-pumping flow class that starts off with grounding music, builds the energy, peaks with high vibes and then chills out to yin and Savasana.

DJ Taz uses multiple instruments to create a breath- beat synchronization and will play his legendary, inner peace invoking electronic beats to help you bring joy to your mat.


So join us to spread good vibes, move your body and expand your mind!

Intro to Yoga

This class will break down yoga poses in an easy-to-understand format that will teach you the names of poses, proper alignment, transitions, breath work, and safe physical methods and body awareness. This class will include warm-up poses, sun salutations, standing poses, seated stretches and breath work. This will be taught at a slow pace, making it very accessible, and at a personal level for everyone. All ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes welcome!

 Chair Yoga

Find your center and get grounded in body and mind in this gentle class.  We will perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor.  This class is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students’ current abilities. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility or healing from injury, or just looking for a gentle class.

This class is taught by Michele Benton of Om Sunshine Yoga. Special thanks to Florida Blue for sponsoring this class.

 Chopra Yoga

BALANCING FLOW

A signature all-levels Chopra Yoga class that incorporates Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom to help you experience greater health, joy, and peace in your life.  This hatha/vinyasa hybrid class begins with a few minutes of self-reflection and breath work (pranayama), followed by an insightful asana practice and a sweet savasana.

A fusion class offering the core building strength of Pilates mixed with the postures and breathing techniques of Yoga. Yogalates is a wonderful way to exercise and strengthen your core. You will leave feeling energized, calm and stretched in all the right places! 

Hip Hop Happy Hour

Hip Hop Hooray! This all-levels friendly, feel-good flow class, set to a playlist of hip hop songs you know and love from the 90's, 00's and today, is like a party on the yoga mat. You can expect to move, groove, let loose and have some fun.

Acro Yoga combines the awareness of yoga with the movement and dynamics of acrobatics into a practice that is collaborative, energetic, and fun. Its a great way to build strength, agility, flexibility, and balance while experience the freedom to play, explore, and be silly. No experience needed! No partner required, bring a friend or make some new ones!.
